Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 September 2026
This is a draft set of terms pending review by a qualified solicitor before it is treated as final. It is provided as a working starting point, not as legal advice.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using aiforairlines.com ("the Platform"), operated by AI for Airlines ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Platform is intended for professional use by individuals working in or with the airline industry.
3. Membership tiers, trials, and billing
The Platform offers Surf (free), Fly, and Sky membership tiers. Fly and Sky include a 7-day free trial that requires a valid payment card, provided and processed by Stripe; your card will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Downgrading to Surf takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid-tier access until then. Prices are shown in GBP and may change with reasonable notice.
4. The AI assistant
The Platform includes an AI assistant powered by third-party AI models. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete — the assistant does not provide professional, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Each membership tier has a monthly usage quota, which we may adjust from time to time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the Platform or attempt to disrupt its operation; scrape or bulk-extract content without permission; impersonate another person or organisation; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use the AI assistant to generate unlawful or harmful content.
6. Content and intellectual property
Platform content — including use cases, research, and educational material — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as reasonably necessary for your own professional use. Content you submit (profiles, use cases, forum posts) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the Platform.
7. Experts, vendors, and third parties
The Platform connects members with independent experts and vendors. We do not employ experts or vendors listed on the Platform and are not a party to any engagement between members and third parties. You engage with experts and vendors at your own discretion and risk.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to access paid features ends, subject to the billing terms in section 3.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or a notice on the Platform before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
